As a researcher, I believe customer-centered decision-making drives the greatest impact for both the business and end users. This is why my mission is to bring clarity and foster customer empathy to ensure better outcomes for all.

Outside of work, you can find me doodling at a cafe, picnicking at a park, or solo traveling.
